Exceptionally good views, truly enjoyed great setting.
The room was particularly good and attractive, good bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to shops, restaurants, and transport. The venue was nice, we had a really great time and would come back for sure.

The location. Right in the middle of town.
I had bugs in my ed that were squished. Blood was under part of linen. There was a giant hole in the wall of our room. Not expecting this for over 300.00 $ night stay.

The staff at the hotel are very attentive and efficient. The location of the hotel in Falmouth is great, being close to a market and Cape Cod beaches. It's within walking distance to Highfield Hall & Gardens, which is really convenient.

Convenience to center and beaches.
The shower valve was broken and inconvenient to use. The windows sashes were both broken and couldn't be kept open.

Tv did not work. Phone quit on us; could not call front desk. Towels in bathroom were like sandpaper.

The proximity to the town we love! The appearance of the exterior and interior were fabulous! The breakfast restaurant adjoined to the hotel was a special bonus! Fabulous! Fabulous! The bikes for rent across the street with bike trails nearby, the steamship authority with ferry service to the other islands just a few steps away, the awesome coffee shop across the street as well. Just amazing location and wonderful and cozy accommodations! ( route 28 easily accessible) Manny many pluses! Can't wait to go back! Thank you!
Our headboard was apparently right against the other rooms headboard so we heard loud snoring when, well it eventually turned into a snoring contest.

We stayed only one night on business, but everything was pleasant and served our needs well.
We were offered the choice of a first floor or second floor room and chose the first floor. Next time I would choose the second floor so as not to have Bigfoot creaking to and fro across the floor above. However, Bigfoot retired early so it was not a major problem.

The room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds, and there were nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel staff is excellent and Falmouth is a lovely, lively community. Sadly, the hotel is expensive and I wish it were not. But that is what the economy dictates. Still, the hotel is well-run, located in a wonderful town, and close to the sea shore, the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. I've stayed at the Inn on the Square numerous times and will continue to do so, which is the highest endorsement.

Staff were very helpful and good facilities in room.
The service in Persys restaurant was quite poor and the food could have been better.
